North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager in Addison, TX to oversee daily operations, sales objectives, and customer service quality.

You will support the Banking Center Manager and supervise staff in their absence, ensuring strong team performance and compliance with all bank policies. The role emphasizes developing customer relationships, driving product adoption, and maintaining security and process integrity across the branch.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or associate degree with 4 years related banking experience; 2 years management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements and operational integrity.
• Willingness to work Banking Center hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in the absence of the Banking Center Manager.
• Foster a customer-focused culture and help meet monthly sales goals.
• Coach branch personnel and handle complex issues and complaints.
• Open new accounts, CDs, and ancillary products; ensure proper paperwork.
• Oversee security, vault operations, and cash handling.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct morning huddles and staff meetings.
• Maintain relationships with customers and active lobby presence.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
