Job summary

North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. in Addison, TX is seeking a dedicated Assistant Banking Center Manager to oversee sales, service and operations of the Banking Center.

You will help ensure quality customer service, achieve branch goals, and maintain compliance with bank policies. In this role you will supervise the Branch in the absence of the Banking Center Manager, lead a customer-focused team, manage daily operations, participate in hiring and training, and promote bank products while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred with 4 years related banking experience.
• 2 years management experience preferred in retail banking environment.
• Strong leadership with proven success in developing teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers and employees.
• Knowledge of operational integrity and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assume management responsibility in the absence of the Banking Center Manager.
• Lead, develop and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Assist in managing customer service objectives including handling complex issues and complaints.
• Motivate employees to meet monthly sales goals and promote bank products.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Open new accounts and ancillary products; ensure proper paperwork.
• Develop relationships with customers and maintain knowledge of account ownership.
• Supervise staff, train employees, plan and direct work, appraise performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
• Oversee morning huddles, sales meetings, and staff training; weekend hours may be needed.
