Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years banking experience with external business development.
• Ideal candidates may possess a Bachelor's degree or higher and treasury management sales experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

• Motivate and develop a high-performing sales team in small business and consumer banking.
