Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Open new deposit accounts and manage cash drawer.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues.
• Prospect new Retail customers via outbound calls.
• Partner with internal teams to referrals.
• Maintain security and compliance in daily operations.
