ADP, Inc. in Nicholasville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative (full-time) to handle banking transactions and customer inquiries from the Teller counter and desk side.

You will perform teller duties, promote banking services, open and close accounts, and support branch operations while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience; prior teller experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience in a retail environment or equivalent sales experience preferred.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Teller duties: receives deposits, cashes checks, and handles withdrawals following policy.
• Functions as a sales leader, promoting bank services and referring customers to specialists.
• Opens and closes accounts with proper documentation and training.
• Establishes and deepens relationships to achieve sales goals and provide service.
• Responds to calls, greets customers, maintains records, and prepares administrative reports.
