Qualifications

• 6+ years in branch management or leadership in banking or financial services.
• 6+ years of experience in business development with outside sales calls to drive branch sales.
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, coaching, scheduling, managing attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Extensive knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a retail banking team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Conduct business development activities in the market through proactive calls and networking to meet loan, deposit, and fee income goals.
• Enhance client relationships and cross-sell bank products and services.
