Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership/coaching in a retail environment.
• 2–4 years of success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution.
• 2–4 years in sales and service achieving sales/service goals.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve banking center service levels and performance goals; deepen client relationships.
• Lead and develop a team focused on exceptional client experience and service follow-up.
• Open deposits, process loan applications, close loans, and grow accounts.
• Onboard new clients and manage timely follow-up.
• Manage overall financial center sales and performance; coordinate with district/region.
