First Horizon Corporation seeks a Banking Center Manager to oversee the sales, service quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center. You will ensure timely, accurate customer service and lead strategic initiatives in the local market.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing the retail team, building relationships with clients and partners, managing operations and expenses, and maintaining strong risk controls in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute initiatives.
• Sales and business development: establish relationships to expand client base and promote partnerships.
• Client experience: deliver excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
• Team management: recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure adherence to regulations and internal controls.
• Operational efficiency: monitor metrics and manage expenses with Retail Operations.
