Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager – North Lake trainee in Hermitage, TN, to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more. After training, you’ll advance to a Financial Center Manager role and lead a sales-driven team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and assign to the best banker.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
