Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NMLS background check and SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of the banking center to execute initiatives effectively.
• Coach, lead and manage the banking center team and promote a positive work culture.
• Represent the company in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups.
• Drive sales through advice-driven processes and coaching one-on-one with staff.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies and risk controls; complete required training.
• Lead operational excellence and manage expenses; monitor metrics and drive improvements.
