Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Sales and business development: Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Team management: Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team; provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, and ethics codes; ensure required training is completed.
• Operational efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, and address concerns with Retail Operations.
