Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead sales, production, and service excellence at the Covington site. You will drive profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching a Retail banking team, building client relationships, and managing operations within First Horizon policies. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required, with a strong emphasis on leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure initiatives are executed effectively.
• Model and demonstrate First Horizon Bank culture to promote associate engagement.
• Represent the company professionally in local market and community activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain a high‑performing Retail banking center team.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork.
