Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Covington to oversee sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance at the on-site banking center. You will ensure quality, accurate, and timely customer service while coaching a team to achieve strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading staff, advancing client relationships, managing risks, and optimizing operations in line with the bank's culture and ethics. Strong leadership and compliance focus required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background credit check required as part of employment.
• Must comply with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.
• Ongoing employment contingent upon meeting all such requirements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure initiatives are executed.
• Promote a positive work culture and engage the local market/community through civic groups.
• Lead sales processes with one-on-one coaching, inspect and recognize sales activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships to expand the client base and partner with line of business teams.
• Drive business development and proactive client outreach to hit goals and priorities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing Banking Center team with regular coaching.
