Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to oversee the sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance of a banking center in Covington, LA. The role ensures the banking center delivers quality, accurate, and timely customer service.

Lead and coach a retail team, develop relationships with key clients and partners, ensure compliance with bank policies and controls, and manage operations and expenses to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is required.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing retail banking team.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Build relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, and ethics.
• Lead operational excellence and monitor metrics to drive efficiency and control expenses.
• Directly supervise and evaluate designated units or personnel, including performance feedback.
