Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as stated.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and operational cost control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the banking center team to execute strategic initiatives.
• Develop and expand client relationships to grow sales and market share.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and timely issue resolution.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies and internal controls.
• Monitor operations and manage expenses for the banking center.
