Job summary

Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise teller operations, coach staff, and lead by example in a fast-paced community bank environment.

You will develop market strategies, promote bank products, and build long-term relationships with customers, while ensuring compliance and quality service across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years banking, retail or sales experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proven sales and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
