Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Banking Center Manager experience.

• Extensive knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and security.

• Solid understanding of financial products and services, including loans.
• Strong community involvement and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, drive growth targets, and align team efforts with bank objectives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to generate deposits and referrals.
• Manage daily branch operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure safeguarding of assets and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Oversee loan origination and closing, with NMLS registration under SAFE Act.
