Responsibilities

• Lead sales and drive growth targets for the banking center, ensuring alignment with bank objectives.
• Evaluate staff performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend salary adjustments.
• Coach and develop staff, address performance issues, and uphold operational standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives and ensure effective use of operational systems.
• Implement business development strategies to meet aggressive growth goals.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Take on additional duties to support organizational goals.
• Manage community engagement and build relationships with customers and local businesses to generate deposits and referrals.
• Develop and execute a structured plan for business development and community presence.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring accurate, efficient services and secure operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (BSA, CTRs, audits).
• Oversee loan origination and closing processes; register with NMLS under SAFE Act.
• Maintain professional atmosphere and ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure flexible work hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
