Responsibilities

• Lead a banking center team to achieve sales targets and growth goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and recognize contributions.
• Manage risk, ensure compliance with BSA and other regulations, and safeguard assets.
• Develop community engagement and business development plans to attract deposits and referrals.
• Represent the bank in the community and foster strong customer relationships.
