Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet business development and growth goals.
• Solid understanding of financial products and services, including loans.
• Strong community involvement and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: drive sales, hit growth targets, align with bank objectives.
• Performance Evaluation: review staff performance, conduct evaluations, adjust salaries.
• Coaching and Development: coach staff and address performance issues.
• Strategic Initiatives and Systems: implement bank initiatives and use systems effectively.
• Business Development: develop plans to drive growth and deposits.
• Peer Mentoring: support a high-performance culture.
• Branch Operations: manage daily activities, ensure smooth operations, proper service delivery.
• Security and Compliance: safeguard assets, ensure policy adherence.
• Reporting: prepare branch reports including audits, CTRs, and incidents.
• Loan Origination and Closing: oversee consumer loan processes and NMLS compliance.
• Work Schedule Flexibility: be available weekends/evenings as needed.
