• Solid understanding of financial products and services, including loans

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance by driving growth targets and aligning efforts with bank objectives.
• Review employee performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend salary adjustments.
• Coach and develop staff, address performance issues, ensure adherence to standards.
• Champion strategic initiatives and optimize use of operational systems.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet growth goals.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in internal committees and initiatives.
• Take on additional duties to support organizational goals.
• Oversee branch operations including daily activities and security/compliance.
• Ensure accurate reporting including Reg CC, audits, CTRs, and security testing.
• Oversee loan origination and closing, and remain NMLS-registered under SAFE Act.
