Job summary

Lone Star National Bank seeks a Banking Center Manager to lead daily operations, coach a frontline team, and drive growth of deposits and loans across the center.

In this role you’ll ensure compliance, hire and develop staff, cross-sell products, and represent the bank in the community while delivering exceptional customer service.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required; previous management and teller experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
• Cash handling experience
• Teller experience, preferred
• (5) year of Banking experience or (3) years at Lone Star National Bank
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required

Responsibilities

• Manage banking center operations, audits, compliance, risk, sales, service, opening/closing and facility upkeep
• Lead hiring, coaching/counseling, and evaluate team members to support career growth
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen client relationships and promote loyalty
• Achieve loan and deposit growth targets and manage delinquency and risk indicators
• Represent the bank in the community and develop new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and coaching during daily huddles and meetings
