Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 5 years teller experience or 3 years teller experience at Lone Star National Bank preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage teller operations including audit, compliance, risk, sales and service.
• Hire, coach, evaluate and counsel reporting staff.
• Open new accounts, credit cards, loans and cross-sell bank products/services.
• Cross-train across departments and rotate between banking centers as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC/CIP and internal controls.
