Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate as CSR and open new deposit accounts while handling a cash drawer.
• Identify customer needs, make referrals to partners, and promote bank products.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting, and relationship growth.
• Provide responsive customer service and support proper security and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of operations, goals, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and build internal partnerships.
