• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Identify and refer opportunities to internal partners for bank products and services.
• Build customer relationships and promote products and services.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting retail customers.
• Support daily Banking Center operations, including security and audit procedures.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet goals and service standards.
