Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Bachelor's degree not required.
• Ability to commit to Monday–Friday activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-classroom instruction in areas like Banking and Customer Success.
• Facilitate access to internships and job placement through partners.
• Mentor participants to develop customer-centric, communication, and professional skills.
• Assist with resume building, interviewing, and networking.
• Guide participants through career pathways such as financial advisory, sales, product support, and analytics.
