Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments over the phone and through an ITM.
• Review relationships to offer products and services fitting customer needs.
• Assist with online banking, bill pay, mobile deposits, and remote services.
• Resolve customer inquiries about accounts and issues efficiently.
