Job summary

American Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle transactions and customer interactions over the phone and via an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and manage loan payments while listening to assess needs and suggest suitable products.

You will review accounts, process online banking tasks, and resolve issues with online services, mobile deposits, and bill pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of banking experience required.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry systems preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments over the phone and through an ITM.
• Review customer relationships to offer products and services that fit their needs.
• Process online banking applications, bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review mobile deposit transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer online banking issues and inquiries.
