Job summary

TP in McAllen, TX is seeking a Banking Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism. You will resolve inquiries using a suite of web-based tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in a high-velocity environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, a minimum of 6 months customer service experience, and the ability to type 25 words per minute.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• IT/Network certifications or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
• Upsell if required.
