Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Automation Banking Service Specialist to diagnose and resolve field service issues for customers. You will install, service, and support drive-up banking systems, safes, and related alarm and CCTV equipment, delivering world-class service.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, follow safety policies, and continually grow your technical skills while representing Convergint’s customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in locksmithing or vaults and safe equipment.
• Ability to install, repair and test drive-up banking systems and related electronics.
• Knowledge of alarm and CCTV systems relevant to banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose issues at customer sites.
• Install and service drive-up equipment and remote units.
• Troubleshoot and repair alarm and CCTV systems.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure safety compliance.
