Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as scheduled
• Teller training and platform training required upon hire
• Notary license preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide everyday banking transactions accurately on teller line or platform
• Educate customers on banking products and services to help achieve financial goals
• Build and deepen customer relationships through advisory actions and lead management
• Handle customer inquiries, referrals and referrals to appropriate specialists
• Maintain compliance with policy, procedures and regulatory requirements
