Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by telephone.
• Assist customers with deposit accounts, online banking, debit cards, and other banking products and services.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support daily bank operations.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with loan processing, servicing, and maintenance functions.
• Monitor records for completeness and assist in correcting incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
