Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products across lines of business.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in person.
• Provide account services: deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawals, night/mail deposits, official checks.
• Process special requests (checks, foreign currencies, statements, safe-deposit procedures).
• Verify endorsements, IDs, and detect counterfeit currency.
• Ensure funds availability and issue hold notices per policy.
• Balance cash drawer regularly and complete daily tasks.
• Support management with miscellaneous projects.
