Job summary

Cambridge Savings Bank is seeking an Applications Administrator to provide Level 2 support for enterprise business applications, resolving escalated issues and ensuring reliable system performance. You will work with the Service Desk and IT teams to deliver timely, accurate resolutions and maintain platform health.

Work with business SMEs and vendors to review release notes, plan enhancements, coordinate upgrades, patches, migrations, and integrations.

Qualifications

4-year college degree or 4 years IT experience.
Experience in supporting business applications, preferably in a regulated environment.
Experience with Fiserv DNA and SharePoint preferred.
Minimum 3-years' experience with application support in a Windows Desktop Operating System/ Active Directory environment.
Understanding of PC and Local Area Network technologies for end-user support.
Minimum 1-year experience with Windows Server administration and support.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for enterprise business applications, resolving escalated issues and ensuring reliable system performance.
Collaborate with SMEs to review vendor release notes and coordinate enhancements.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, migrations, and integrations while maintaining compliance.
Develop and maintain application documentation and upgrade processes.
Coordinate with infrastructure and database teams on system changes and server builds.
Support RBAC and standard access definitions across the application stack.
