Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Risk Management and Governance Lead to drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on process optimization, control design, and regulatory alignment. You will lead complex transformations, balance risk with enablement, and translate strategic visions into measurable programs.

This role requires influencing senior leaders, building reusable risk controls, and delivering data-driven recommendations using automation and AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale governance, risk, control, compliance, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives
• Strong program and project leadership skills in a complex, matrixed organization
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior and executive leadership
• Ability to develop scalable automated/AI long-term solutions
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and control optimization opportunities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of enterprise control frameworks, operational risk management, and regulatory expectations
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple business groups and support functions
• Proven ability to balance business enablement with governance and risk management
• Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship
