Responsibilities

• Knows customers and employees and detects unusual/suspicious activity.
• Identifies all reportable Currency Transactions and completes CTRs accurately.
• Responds to inquiries and directs callers to proper Bank personnel.
• Receives and verifies checking and savings deposits.
• Issues receipts for withdrawals and deposits.
• Processes withdrawals and negotiable items.
• Verifies endorsements and ensures proper identification.
• Maintains appropriate logs and reports including Cash Check/Teller In & Out.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer account information.
• Assists with vault balancing and adheres to bank policies and laws.
