Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service
• Perform accurate banking transactions and manage cash supply and deposits
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on client goals
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets
• Address client needs and manage issues, escalating as needed
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and Citi products
• Deliver exceptional client experience measured by specific metrics
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and policies
