Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of transaction processing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer experience, including recommending or referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions using our app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and policies and ensure proper cash handling and regulatory compliance.
