Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a teller to handle daily cash operations and customer transactions at our branch in the United States. You will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments, while ensuring accuracy and security.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent client service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. A background check and SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with 10-key calculator and coin counter.
• Background credit check required; comply with the SAFÉ Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper control and adhere to audit and security policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist in nightly ATM balancing and processing of entries.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance client relationships.
