Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or Teller experience preferred or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to refer clients for bank products.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash control and follow audit policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Assist with balancing ATMs and night deposits; monitor compliance with current guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and actively cross-sell bank products.
• Promote bank services and refer clients to appropriate teams; maintain risk controls.
