Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a customer service oriented teller to process daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments while delivering excellent client experiences.

Role requires 4+ years in customer service or teller roles, high school diploma or GED, and strong cash handling and sales abilities. On-site position with standard banking hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of customer service, cash handling, sales or teller experience or equivalent.
• Strong computer and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with audit and security adherence.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions.
• Assist with vault responsibilities and night deposit verifications.
• Stay informed of operational updates and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.
• Promote bank products to enhance client relationships.
• Follow bank regulations, policies, risk management and ethics.
