First Horizon Bank in Nashville, TN is seeking a customer service focused Teller to process daily financial transactions and deliver accurate, timely service at the branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling while maintaining accuracy and security, contributing to a positive client experience.

The role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, promoting bank products, and referring clients to the right team, all within policy and risk controls.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required and cash handling experience preferred or equivalent.
• 6 months of cash handling or teller experience strongly preferred or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a cash drawer and follow audit/security procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, money orders, etc.).
• Assist in balancing and processing ATMs and vault responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
