Responsibilities

• Services customers through teller transactions such as cashing checks, deposits, and payments.
• Sells treasurers' checks, money orders, etc.
• Provides friendly, professional customer service to build relationships.
• Responds to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Identifies customer needs and promotes bank products and services.
• Refers customers to investment services, loans, and mortgage originators as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate cash drawer per balancing standards.
• Produces accurate documentation impacting internal and external customers.
• Balances vault and ATM machines.
