Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience, plus strong interpersonal and computer skills, with strict adherence to confidentiality and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept cash and checks for deposit and verify deposit slips.
• Identify customers and cash checks.
• Process cash withdrawals and loan payments.
• Assist customers by promoting bank products and services.
• Record transactions accurately and in compliance with procedures.
