Ameris Bank in Pooler, GA seeks a friendly teller to deliver prompt, accurate transactions and greet customers. You will balance cash, handle complex transactions, and support branch goals with compliant sales practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and cash handling, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to helping customers in a busy branch environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling or teller experience.
• Sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies, and handling complex customer transactions.
• Work to understand the root causes of complex customer service issues and identifies and implements resolutions.
• Accountable for achievement of defined sales and service goals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and promotions.
