Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally in accordance with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Project the bank’s professional reputation through knowledgeable and courteous interactions and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues.
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services to meet their needs.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to policies and regulatory requirements impacting teller activity and branch operations.
