Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately according to bank procedures.
• Project professional reputation through knowledge and courteous interactions with customers and prompt resolution of requests or issues.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product and digital product knowledge and sales training to sustain broad knowledge base.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to policies, procedures and regulations affecting teller activity.
• Complete periodic in-branch communication and promotions as applicable.
• Communicate recommendations for improved workflow and service to customers.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management concepts in daily tasks.
• Deliver a high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
