Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to follow directions and handle transactions accurately

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally according to Park Promises and Serving More standards
• Complete transaction processing timely and accurately per bank procedures
• Project the bank’s professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts
• Maintain product knowledge and complete training to sustain broad base of product, service and sales knowledge
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products to meet needs
• Protect bank assets by adhering to security, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned
