Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge and sales training to sustain broad product knowledge.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services to meet their needs.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a high level of service within the Serving More standards.
