Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers, prospective customers and bank associates promptly and professionally in accordance with Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Complete transaction processing timely, accurately, and in accordance with bank procedures.
• Project the bank’s professional reputation through courteous interactions and prompt resolution of requests.
• Refer loan and deposit customers or prospects to subject matter experts.
• Complete ongoing product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services and sales training.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest products and services.
• Protect bank assets by adhering to processes, policies and procedures and regulations.
• Complete periodic in-branch communication and promotion activities.
• Communicate recommendations for improved workflow and service to customers.
• Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
